Hi! I’m Sera. I bring human-centered solutions to products.
My background is in brand strategy and project management and I transitioned into UX design to bring the strategy into creating and improving real products. Coming from a branding background, I love UX design because it makes both brands and people happy by offering an easier way to experience great technologies and features, and in that way helping brands accomplish their missions.
I offer a lot of experience in problem solving through analysis, researches, interviews, and cross-functional teamworks. I’m currently at InStride delivering end-to-end UX/UI across multiple product areas: learner platform, partner signup, admin portal, internal configuration and suppor tools.
